50 from 50 is an annual charitable bike, run, and walk event hosted by Premier Pain Treatment Institute in order to promote the importance of health and support organizations and local businesses in which we believe. This event is a fun ride, run or walk, not a race, and is open to participants of all skill levels and abilities. We hope to see you there!

This year’s event is held in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Founded in 1949, The LLS is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to fighting blood cancers. The LLS’s mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, hodgkin’s lymphoma and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Our trail route, following along the Little Miami Scenic Trail, features stops at several local breweries along the way. Our journey starts and ends at 50 West Brewing Company, but, depending on which route length you choose, you’ll have the option to visit additional brew stops throughout your journey.
Located in Mariemont, this brewery marks both the start and finish line of the event. All routes will meet here for a post-event celebration beginning at 5pm!
This Downtown Old Milford brewery is the first stop on our journey and the turning point for travelers on the 7 mile route. Stop and be refreshed by their small-batch craft beer and beautiful view of the river!
Situated near Remington, this is the second stop and turning point for any 15 mile route-goers. This casual environment creates a great place to relax before starting the return.
This Loveland stop is a fan favorite, as well as the third stop and halfway mile marker for the 25 mile route. The 5-barrel brewhouse filled with personality is the perfect place for a break and a pint.
Last but certainly not least, this Kings Mills brewery is a prize only attained by brave travelers of the 50 mile route. Located at the old Peters Cartridge Factory, this place is sure to help breathe life into tired places (and bikers)!
